DanVault ("we", "us", "our") operates this store at americanchinese.top. We provide digital API credits for an independent video generation relay service. We are not affiliated with ByteDance, fal, or any upstream AI model provider.

2. Information We Collect
When you place an order, we collect: your name, email address, billing address, and payment information (processed securely by Shopify Payments or third-party payment processors). We do not store your full payment card details.

When you use the API service, we may collect: API usage logs, task submission data (including text prompts and reference images/videos you submit), Webhook endpoint URLs, and task results.

3. Upstream Data Processing
When you submit a video generation task, your prompts and reference media are transmitted to an upstream AI model provider for processing. By using this service, you acknowledge that your submitted content may be processed by upstream providers subject to their own privacy and data retention policies. Generated videos are stored for 7 days and then deleted.

4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: process and fulfil your orders, deliver API access credentials, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, and upstream AI model providers (for task processing only). All third parties are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

6. Cookies
Our store uses cookies to maintain your session and improve your shopping experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.

7. Your Rights (Australian Privacy Act)
