1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using any services on DanVault (americanchinese.top), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description
DanVault provides prepaid digital API credits ("Credits") for access to an independent Seedance video generation relay service. This service is independently operated and is NOT an official product of ByteDance, fal, or any upstream AI model provider. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use this service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
- Generate content that depicts minors in sexual situations
- Generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or circumvent the API relay service
- Resell or redistribute API access credentials without our written permission

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Upstream Service Dependency
This service relies on third-party upstream AI model providers. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or consistency of results. Planned maintenance or upstream outages may temporarily affect service availability.

5. Content Ownership & Liability
You retain ownership of original content you submit (prompts, reference images/videos). You are solely responsible for ensuring your submitted content and generated output complies with applicable laws and third-party rights. DanVault accepts no liability for the content of generated videos.

6. Intellectual Property
Seedance, ByteDance, and related brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. DanVault makes no claim to these trademarks.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DanVault shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Credits giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
