Do I need a Chinese phone number?

No. That's the whole point — we handle the parts that require Chinese identity or payment.

How fast is delivery?

Trials are usually delivered within a few hours. Account activations and top-ups within 24 hours, or 1–2 business days during busy periods. Each product page states its delivery time.

How do I receive my order?

By email — activation details, login credentials, or top-up confirmation, depending on the product.

Is this safe? Do you need my password?

For account activations we create the account for you — you never share an existing password. For top-ups on your own account, we use official recharge channels.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Shopify's secure checkout.
