Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product — No Physical Delivery
All purchases on DanVault are for digital API credits ("Credits") used to access an independent Seedance video generation relay service. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Automatic Refund for Failed Tasks
If a video generation task fails due to an upstream service error, the Credits consumed by that task will be automatically returned to your account balance. No action is required from you.

3. No Refund for Completed Tasks
Once a task has been successfully submitted and processed — regardless of whether you are satisfied with the generated output — the Credits used are non-refundable. AI-generated content is inherently variable and we cannot guarantee specific results.

4. Unused Credits
Unused Credits do not expire. However, we do not offer cash refunds for unused Credits except where required by applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law).

5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are entitled to a remedy under applicable law, we will honour that entitlement.
